We offer two levels of care:
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services (OP SUD)

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Adolescents and Adults
Our IOP is ideal for those who need more structure than weekly therapy but less intensity than inpatient rehab. It’s especially beneficial for:
- Transitioning from inpatient or residential care
- Meeting court or probation requirements
- Addressing moderate to severe substance use
- Maintaining school, work, and family responsibilities
Time Commitment: 3 hours per day, 3 days per week
Location: The Village Life Center, 58155 Chinn Street, Suite B, Plaquemine, LA
Schedules:
- Adolescent Group (Ages 12–17): Tuesday–Thursday, 4:30–7:30 p.m.
- Adult Group (18+): Tuesday–Thursday, 5:30–8:30 p.m.
Outpatient SUD Services
Flexible Outpatient Treatment for Substance Use
Our Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services are designed for individuals who:
- Have completed IOP and are ready for step-down care
- Need low-intensity support for mild to moderate substance use
- Require flexible treatment due to work or school
- Want to maintain sobriety with professional support
Outpatient services may include:
- Individual therapy (weekly or biweekly)
- Group therapy (as appropriate)
- Relapse prevention
- Family involvement
- Collaboration with courts, probation, and primary care providers
